All items sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied on function or condition.  There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price.  Credit card is required to bid.  Payment accepted will be cash or check (if paying in cash please bring exact change).  Please ask questions before bidding as there are no refunds on purchases.  Payment must be received prior to removal.  Lots will start closing at 6:00 PM on Thurs., November 10th and will have a staggered close, meaning one lot will close every 5 minutes for lots 1-10 and every 2 minutes for all other lots until all lots have closed.  Lots will soft close, meaning if a bid is received within 1 minute of close the item will automatically extend by 1 minute.  All online bids are legally binding and final.  Items become the buyer's responsibility at the close of the auction.  Buyers must notify Johnson Realty via call/text or email within 24hrs of the auction ending to let us know how and when they will be making payment.  Vehicles/Items must be paid for and removed by 5 PM on Sunday, November 20th.  No exceptions will be made for removal of items, it is the buyer's responsibility to remove their items during the allotted removal time.  Items shall not be removed until those items have been paid in full.  Please bring valid ID matching the bidder registration to verify purchases.  Most vehicles are located at the Johnson Realty Auction Lot at 1901 E. Note: Any item not picked up or paid for during the allotted removal time will be forfeited with payment still required and will be charged to the credit card on file.  There will be a $30 fee added for any returned checks.  If not reconciled by paying in cash within 24 hours of being notified, the credit card on file will then be charged the original invoice amount plus the $30 fee.

Less than $50  -  $1/bid

$50 to $200  -  $5/bid

$200 to $500  -  $10/bid

$500 to $1000  -  $25/bid

$1000 to $10000  -  $100/bid

Greater than $10000 - $500/bid

Max Bid Info

Bidders are able to place bids in two ways.  Bids can be placed manually or a bidder can enter a max bid, the software will then bid for them as bids from other bidders come in, up to the maximum amount they entered.  Since the software can not predict how the future bids will come in this leads to a situation where sometimes a bidder will place a bid manually and then immediately get outbid for the same amount.  This is because another bidder had a max bid placed at that amount and the software will take the bid that was placed first.  For example if you manually bid $10 on an item and instantly get out bid but the item remains at $10, another bidder's max bid was $10 so if you bid $11 at that point you would have surpassed their max bid.
